on sunday mom and i did the prairiman sprint triathlon. i took the camera in my transition bag but never got around to taking pictures, mostly because before the tri it was dark and afterwards i looked pretty nasty. i'm debating whether or not to put the link to the official race pictures on here because if i do you get to see all of them, not just the one that looks half-way athletic. anyway, i got first in my division and mom got third in hers. not too bad! i think my time was faster than the last tri i did, but i didn't write down my times last time so i don't know for sure.
this is the first time since high school that i haven't had a job and not only is my bank account rapidly shrinking, i think i may go out of my mind with boredom. i thought i could be one of those people who sits at home all day alternating between watching tv and reading, but come to find out, i'm not. i'm finally starting to fill up my calendar with some things so hopefullly time won't go so slow.

And I'm right there with you on the job thing. Only having one thing to worry about is about to drive me nuts. If only we lived in the same state, we wouldn't be so bored. Blah.
