guess what i just ordered?

and when i found out today that allison had no clue who she was i almost cried so i decided she had to introduce her girls

back to boston

i'm back! back to boston that it.
i flew back saturday with along with a whole plane full of marathoners. i made the mistake of wearing a nike shirt and shoes and a few runners who are apparently blind and didn't notice my body fat percentage asked me about the race, my time, the convention, etc. very awkard to admit i wasn't running.
sunday was beautiful weather and allison and i worked out in the yard all day after church.
monday was back to work. come to find out the finish line of the marathon was in copely square, not to too far from downtown where i work. so, bill, lindsay, and i walked to the race and watched as runners crossed the finish. it was pretty awesome. at&t was taking promo pics (not sure why) so we got our picture taken. if you'll notice my shoes in the picture, walking around in those heels for an hour and a half was NOT FUN. my feet were not appreciative.
my job has been mostly boring since i've returned. hopefully soon i will have something to do.

once again, my favorite person... i really wish she would move to boston with me

i'm going to miss these kids. all of the out of towners left on or before saturday so the hotel is empty (and lonely). radhika's quote pretty much sums it up: "why would i want to go to work if it isn't going to be fun?"

pray that tuesday goes well with uta.

i'm going to spend wed/thurs/fri in arlington and then fly back to boston on saturday. i'm ready to see dave, allison, mal, and whitney (she's crawling now and standing up!).

delayed

so... i was supposed to fly back to boston this saturday and start work on monday. however, today we found out that uta wants us to do some training, etc. on tuesday and my boss wants me here for that since they are bringing the dean and other big whigs. therefore, i am now staying in plano til at least wednesday, maybe the end of the week.
going back to boston is kind of bittersweet. i'm excited about seeing allison, dave, malarie, and whitney and starting my new role. but, i'm going to miss everyone here. radhika is staying in plano, david is going to flagstaff, and andrew is going to cincinatti (maybe i can go see jon and brooke and make a pit stop).

i have tons of pictures but am too lazy to upload them. maybe later.

on a different note, i've been super tired and feeling like crap lately and attributing it to stress at work. but doctor wilkerson called me today and informed me that my blood tests from my physical came back with super elevated levels and i have a "super virus" (apparently some nasty form of mono??). at least now i know why i've not been feeling great. the only problem is she told me to take it easy and rest. not a possibility right now with work. oh, well.
